| PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY Must be 21 years old to rent, no more than 4 persons in the unit. 25% due at time of reservation or within 7 days, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds given for cancellations greater than 30 days less 10%. No refunds within 30 days of arrival unless unit can be re-rented, however will gladly apply funds to another date. Hawaii lodging and GE tax of 13.42% added to all rentals. PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN US DOLLARS |
