Arrival/departure instructions and parking permit will be sent when your final payment clears.
25% deposit is due with reservation, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  
There are no refunds for cancellations for less than 30 days unless unit can be re-rented less 10%.
For cancellations greater than 30 days, refunds of deposit less 10% of the rental fee.
There is no daily housekeeping services.
There is no smoking in or around the condo.  Smokers must go to the parking lot.
Free parking for one vehicle, additional vehicles must be parked off site.
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am
