- Complete the Rental Application and Release of Liability and
send with your nonrefundable deposit to:
- $150 refundable damage deposit with final payment, please make
as a separate check as this will be returned to you after check out. - Make checks out to CAMP WATANDA.
- Balance of fees and cleaning fees are due 45 DAYS PRIOR to your
reserved date for the lodge and 14 DAYS for the cabin. Entire
rental fees are due if reservation less than this time. - Credit Cards & PayPal are accepted however there is a 3% fee.
- You will need to print from our web site the Lake Vera Waterfront
Rules, Camp Watanda Policies & Procedures and Fire
Prevention Plan. Please sign and send with your rental
application.
Reservations of more than 45 days (lodge) or 14 days (cabin) prior to
your scheduled arrival, all monies will be refunded except for the 20%
nonrefundable site deposit. For less than 45 days (lodge) or 14 days
(cabin), all monies will be forfeited except the cleaning fee and damage
deposit unless they can be re-rented.
DAMAGE/COMPLAINT DEPOSIT:
Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after check-out. In the event of
damage or excess clean-up required; cost of repairs, replacement or
excessive clean-up will be deducted from your deposit or billed to you.
- Damage/Complaint deposit will not be refunded if the Sheriff
has to make a contact regarding noise/loud music after
9:30 pm
