About the Camp, Lodge & Cabin Rentals

Thank you for your interest in Camp Watanda. Our camp sits on 38 acres just 2 ½ miles from downtown Nevada City, California and 3 miles from the Yuba River. Our elevation of 2,500 feet makes it an ideal location for year round recreational activities. Beautiful Lake Vera provides seasonal water activity as well as a sanctuary for abundant wildlife. Our site makes it the perfect location for family vacations or larger events such as company picnics, large camping groups, reunions, meetings, weddings and scouting events. The site capacity is 60 but parking can be a crunch for large groups. We do not have RV hook-ups or ability to run multiple extension cords.
We welcome pets with some restrictions.
