Overnight Camping at Camp Watanda

Occasionally Camp Watanda will make available its 4 individual Kiosks for overnight camping in order to fill scattered open dates. Additionally, there is also a camp space for a pop-up , camper or small tow behind trailer.

  • Kiosks or campsites may be reserved Monday through Thursday for a minimum of two days and a maximum of 4 days. Reservations are only accepted within 30 days of your arrival and fees must be received within 5 days of your request. There are no refunds. 
  • There are 4 kiosks each can sleep up to 10 in bunks with mattresses provided. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated on the deck of the kiosk, but for privacy and noise control, we are only allowing 8 persons per kiosks when rented separately. Each kiosk has a changing room and picnic table. 
  • There is one trailer space with picnic table and BBQ, no sanitation disposal.
  • The bath house is located nearby.
  • There are no electrical or water hook-ups, but several water faucets are located nearby. You may choose to cook with provided charcoal BBQs or use your own camp stoves.
  • All rentals include water front privileges which include canoes, life jackets and campfire ring.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

  • There is no garbage service, pack out what you bring in.
  • Only battery operated lanterns permitted.
  • No open flames except for camp stoves.
  • Smoking is permitted at the campfire ring only
  • Only 1 dog per campsite, must be leashed at all times. 
  • There is an All Lake Quiet from 9:30 pm to 7:00 am

RATES:
$30.00/night minimum up to 4 people, $7.00 each additional person up to 8 persons per site.

DOGS: 
1 dog per site, additional dogs discovered will be charged $20 per dog per day.
