CABIN:
Cabin rents separately from the lodge
Occupancy is limited to 6 persons.
(2 night minimum, 3 night minimum Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend and Holidays)

$110/night + $35 cleaning or $625/week + $50 cleaning
Cabin is “pet friendly”—maximum two dogs

LODGE:
Up to 12 in lodge, additional guests use kiosks.
(2 night minimum, 3 night minimum Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend and Holidays)

Up to 12 - $250/night + $50 Cleaning or $1275/week + $125 cleaning
Up to 35 - $450/night + $125 Cleaning or $2275/week + $125 cleaning
Up to 54 - $550/night + $125 Cleaning or $2875/week + $125 cleaning
(Weekly (summer) rental of the lodge is Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday.)

Guest totals are subject to verification and price adjustments, includes all guests on site.
$20 per day per person in excess of 60 person maximum (includes cabin in total).
$20 per day per dog in excess of 4 dog maximum (includes cabin in total).

10% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of reservation or
reservation may be cancelled without notice.

HOW TO RENT CAMP WATANDA:

• Complete the APPLICATION FOR SITE RENTAL.
• Mail application with 10% of fees as a NON REFUNDABLE site deposit; make checks out to Kathryn McNitt.  Weekly rentals of the lodge also need to include a refundable $150 Damage/Noise Complaint deposit (per week) as a separate check for groups of 13 or more.
• Balance of fees and cleaning fees are due 30 DAYS PRIOR to your reserved date for the lodge and 14 DAYS for the cabin or due at time of reservation if less than 4/2 weeks.
• RENTAL PACKET will be mailed to you after your application is received. Packet will include Lake Vera Waterfront rules, Lake Vera Camps Crisis Plan, Camp Watanda Emergency Plan, Camp Watanda Policies & Procedures and Fire Prevention Plan and for those providing organized programs for children, Waterfront and Kitchen Procedures.
• TO CANCEL reservation of more than 4 weeks (lodge) or 2 weeks (cabin) prior to your scheduled arrival, all monies will be refunded except for the 10% nonrefundable site deposit.  For less than 4 weeks (lodge) or 2 weeks (cabin), all monies will be forfeited except the cleaning fee and damage deposit.

• DAMAGE/COMPLAINT DEPOSIT will be returned within two weeks after checkout.  In the event of damage or clean-up not completed, the cost of repair, replacement or clean-up will be deducted from your deposit and/or billed to your organization.  Long distance calls that appear on the bill during your stay will be billed to your organization. Damage /Complaint deposit will not be refunded if the Sheriff has to make a contact regarding noise or loud music after 9:30 p.m.
