WATANDA at LAKE VERA
- Watanda is "pet friendly", you may have 2 dogs in the cabin and 2 dogs in the lodge
- $15/dog per stay.
- Smoking is permitted at the camp fire ring ONLY.
- Guests not spending the night count in your total.
- Guest totals are subject to verification and price adjustments.
- Day guest fee $15.00/person.
- You may have a total of 24 overnight guests to include the cabin
- Winter rates do not apply over Holidays.
- Linens are provided for the King bed in the lodge and Queen bed in the cabin, all other beds have bottoms sheets and pillows with cases. Linens
are available or you may bring a sleeping bag or use provided sleeping bags.
- 10% Transient Accommodation Tax collected on all rentals less than 30 days. Tax ID #01-040
- Family rentals only, we no longer offer large group events (i.e. Weddings).
LODGE
- Up to 8 in beds, additional guests in camping kiosks.
- Lodge is available from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend and on a limited basis other months,
- 2-night minimum except for Holidays which is a 3 night minimum.
3-night minimum from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.
- Kiosks are not rented but may be used for overflow as needed..
- Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
- There are no refunds within 30 days of arrival unless it can be re-rented less 20% nonrefundable deposit
CABIN
- 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children (under 16)
- Cabin is available year round.
- 2 night minimum, 3 nights over Holidays (to include MLK, President's Day, or any Holiday that creates a 3 day weekend), Thanksgiving weekend
and Christmas from December 23-Jan 1.
- Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
- There are no refunds within 14 days of arrival unless it can be re-rented less 20% nonrefundable deposit.
This is a seasonal lake and is drained from Nov 1 to April 1 depending on weather conditions and can be quite
low towards the end of summer and in drought years.
